Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to dmca@crashclaim.store containing:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its URL on our site.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the same address.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
